THE PROBLEM:
Soil located on the subject property was thought to be contaminated with materials originating from roofing tar. The facility was thus required to ensure that all potentially harmful concentrations were below the Hazardous Site Response Act (HSRA) Notification Concentrations.

THE SOLUTION:
The client needed assistance ensuring that the tar contaminant concentrations were below the Notification Concentrations.

THE RESULT:
We provided contamination delineation for the subject property, resulting in excavation activities to remove all contaminated soils.
