THE PROBLEM:
The facility received a Notice of Violation from the state environmental regulatory agency for lacking a permit to process scrap automobile tires.

THE SOLUTION:
The client needed all state permit activities to be completed with relation to the processing of scrap tires.

THE RESULT:
We completed the permits for the site and wrote a letter to the EPD explaining the situation. We also provided the client with the proper procedures to keep the site in compliance with the state regulations. The permit and procedures pertaining to the tires alleviated the violation notice that was issued by the state environmental regulatory agency.
