INDUSTRIAL STORM WATER PERMITTING AND ANALYTICAL REPORTING

THE PROBLEM:
The facility discharges storm water associated with industrial activity and was thus required to submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) and annual analytical reporting to the EPD.

THE SOLUTION:
The client needed to complete this required reporting to avoid compliance issues.

THE RESULT:
We filled out an Annual Report that pertains to discharging storm water associated with industrial activity. The report provided the EPD with general site information, storm water information, applicability of benchmark annual sampling, applicability of impaired stream segments, and included a completed Notice of Intent. With the submittal of this information, the site was able to continue operations while staying in compliance with the state’s regulations.
