THE PROBLEM:
The subject property had aluminum in their soil from site activities that took place under the prior owner. This aluminum was becoming suspended in the storm water during heavy rainfall events and exiting the subject property at concentrations greater than the state recommended benchmark.

THE SOLUTION:
The client needed a mechanical solution to filter the suspended aluminum from the storm water before it exited the subject property.

THE RESULT:
We provided the client with a Bioretention Area Plan designed to filter the suspended aluminum from the storm water before it exited the subject property.
